Normally it only takes 4 to 8 days for a repair UNLESS you request an estimate, and that will S L O W the process and add time. It is difficult to make contact with people due to their busy schedules and we cannot put the instrument into the lineup until we have gotten the go-ahead. During our peak time which falls between August 15th thru October 5th. Your repair to take 8 to 14 days and again if an estimate is required it will add days to the process.

Typically, we don't know until the repairman looks at your instrument. If the repair costs over $85 one of our customer service representatives will call you for repair approval. Your instrument will not be repaired until we get your go-ahead.

The shop is located in our Park Road location or have your band/orchestra director facilitate the repair if it is one of the schools we service.
